Finiteness of mind

It seems incredible that a finite thing such as the brain can give rise to an infinite thing such as the mind (what can’t you imagine?), but the mind is probably not infinite. If there is a one to one mapping from brain state to mind state, then there are really only roughly 2^(86 billion) possible mind states if you coarsely consider a brain state to be defined by which neuros are firing (which is of course a huge simplification ignoring, for one, the fact that neurons are so much more than biological transistors). But the point remains anyways that there must be some things you can’t imagine because they lie outside the 2^86000000000 set.
